We have been going to yall for the last two yrs about every 3 months. We go there because mrs. Dominique is the only person that my grandson will let cut his hair because the is the only one that can do a flat top. We went Wednesday and there was 3 people cutting hair and there was a 45 min wait. Went back today there is 9 people on the waiting list 2 people cutting one mrs Dominique there is an hour and 45 min wait then one girl says its going to be longer than the 1hr 45mn wait Dominique is going on lunch why would you only have 2 people working with that many people on the waiting list. What was real confusing with all the people on the list (9) there was only 1 other person in the store. So we regret to say guest we are going to have to find some where else to go which is a shame because Mrs Dominique is really good at what she does

Came it and requested a specific stylist. Said 26 minute wait. No one else was on the screen as a call-in. Her previous client finished within 5 minutes. I sat waiting another 25 minutes when another client walked in. The stylist I had signed up for helped him sign in and sat him for his haircut. I got up, said I can't wait all day and left. No one said one word for explanation to me the entire time I was waiting.
